False Creek

A unique community from a real estate perspective, False Creek is an eclectic group of neighbourhoods with very different urban planning and architectural styles. A community vision dating back to the 1970’s that involved a clear plan for housing options being condos, apartments, subsidized housing and co-op buildings with some residents living on leased landed due to expire in 2036. This also has a unique affect on current price and future appreciation. Not for all, but best for some.
